Fantasy: The ultimate and possibly last Trump motorcade could be from Mar-a-Lago to prison, illustrated, by Hal Brown, MSW

My own illustration shows where Trump could be housed in a prison where he might have Secret Service protection and have a small patch of grass where he could play with his little putter. Click here to go to X to enlarge images.

If you are old enough you may recall the television coverage of the famous 1994 slow speed police chase of OJ Simpson. As far as a similar event goes the media coverage of Trump being taken to prison would rival that.

You might have seen Trump’s former lawyer, Ty Cobb, on Alex Witt’s show yesterday predicting that if Trump loses the election he’s going to prison (read story here).

Excerpt: “These are the things that he did, that that he has been charged with. A grand jury has charged him in each of the four instances. There are multiple prosecutors all over the country engaged in these events. It is quite a difficult legal minefield to run the table on. He does have the benefit of time, at least with the federal cases, because he will be able to dismiss those if they are still on appeal or still active once the election is over if he wins. But only if he wins. If he loses, he’s going to jail.”

It seems impossible that “Trump the Invincible” could actually have another number added to 45 which would probably become nearly as famous. It would be his prison inmate ID number. Consider snarky headlines like “Trump goes from number 45 to number 68489-072.”

If Trump has to fly to prison it won’t be on his own plane. It will be on a special plane used to transport prisioners like the one shown below used by the US Justice Department. Their fleet has been called Con Air.

If Trump ends up in prison, even for a fairly short period of time, he might not survive. His unhealthy lifestyle could catch up with him and he could die. Thus the motorcade to prison could really be his last one unless you consider a funeral procession to be his final motorcade though he won’t be waving from the window of a black limo, although he may have specified in his will that his hearse be one of these $662,000 Rolls Royce coffin transports.

Trump will be mourned by many who would consider him a martyr. Others , like me, will celebrate that he’s no longer a threat to democracy.

In another way I will miss him. What will I have to write about?
