Note the first two sentences in the Wikipedia defintion of malignant narcissism:

Malignant narcissism is a psychological syndrome comprising an extreme mix of narcissism, antisocial behavior, aggression, and sadism. Grandiose, and always ready to raise hostility levels, the malignant narcissist undermines families and organizations in which they are involved, and dehumanizes the people with whom they associate

If you’re reading this you don’t have to Google Trump malignant narcissism (here) to know hw many experts have explained why Trump is a perfect examply of this combination of psychopathologies.

I have been writing about the indications that Trump has been demonstrating such bad judgment and impusliveness recently that he may have moved from the earliest stages of dementia to a more severe stage:

 Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump drew criticism Friday for posting a video on social media that contains the image of a hog-tied President Joe Biden painted on the tailgate of a passing truck.

The Biden campaign was quick to condemn the video for suggesting physical harm to the sitting Democratic president. Biden has portrayed his likely 2024 opponent as someone who freely evokes Nazi imagery with regard to immigrants, while also stressing in speeches that Trump’s efforts to overturn his loss in the 2020 elections ultimately led to an assault on the U.S. Capitol.

The story has been widely covered. Here’s a Google News search. Some of the articles have screen grabs and others don’t. MSNBC had a story about it this morning but said they wouldn’t show any of the video which is 20 seconds long.

While only the truck below was used in the video he posted I found four others with the same tailgate online including one at least a year old.

There’s no way to know whether the people who took these pictures were pro or anti-Trump. I’ve sometimes taken photos of pickup trucks I’ve seen while driving around which were festooned with Trump flags.

I wasn’t able to find where someone could purchase the truck tailgate sticker. However the sticker has been available for at least a year as this post on Reddit shows:

Trump revels in being an in-your-face sadistic bully who will push the limits for his own amusement and to dare anyone to stop him. His recently attacking Judge Merchan’s daughter is the most recent example.

Can you imagine the collective hissy fit in MAGA world which we’d see if President Biden posted an image from the back of a pickup truck of a hogtied Trump being kidnapped?
