A break from politics here’s the video of the Beatles from The Ed Sullivan Show:

This was covered in a segment of Morning Joe (top of page).

One might think back to the times where the Beatles, Elvis, and Harry Belafonte ruled pop music and how tumultuous those times were what with the Vietnam War and the struggle for civil right, and compare them to Taylor Swift and her influence on poltics.

Taylor Swift is no Angela Davis (below) who, as far as I know couldn’t sing, but in her own way she is having a major impact on politics. You can’t find a photo of Taylor Swift “looking” angry unless you peruse dozens of picture and find on like shown below of her singing.
