I was thinking of how Trump is showing more and more signs that he’s close to becoming certifably mentally ill and how if elected he’d be more like another mentally ill despot rather than ”mere” psychopaths like Putin and Hitler.

Yesterday I blogged about the possiblity that the red spots on Trump’s hand was due to friction from overly zealous auto-erotic activity.:

Today I’m back to thinking about things that scare the crap out of me.

In his appearance at the E. Jean Carroll trial he rambled about things that had nothing to do with the case. Of course he lied but more significanlty is that he was not rational.

In previous blogs I’ve speculated about whether Trump might have a psychotic episode marked by florid symptoms which, save his most branwashed or ignorant members of his cult could deny. (How ignorant are some of them? I just saw a woman voter in New Hampshire on MSNBC say she supported Trump ever since she saw him walk down the elevator.)

The Trump interview described in RawStory shows that Trump has drifted so far from the anchorage of reality it would take the Coast Guard to rescue him.

A second Trump presidency has been compared to having a dictator like Putin or Hitler. While such leaders are ruthless and could be considered psychopaths they are and were not certifiably insane.

The despot I think Trump is most like is Idi Amin. He is considered one of the most brutal despots in modern history who was known as “the Butcher of Uganda.”

There has also been speculation that he was mentally ill:

More authoritative sources suggest he may have suffered from hypomania, a form of manic depression characterized by irrational behavior and emotional outbursts. As his paranoia became more pronounced, Amin imported troops from Sudan and Zaire. Eventually, less than 25 percent of the Army was Ugandan.

His manner of dress alone suggests a grandiose narcissism that could be symptomaic of mental illness.

As appalling as it is to think of the United States having the woke warrior Ron DeSantis or the ulter-conservative Nikki Haley as president, at least both of them are sane.

With Trump we would have somone who would never pass the psychological tests required for someone to be anywhere near the buttons needed to be pushed to launch one nuclear missile let alone have control over “the football” which could start a nuclear war.

‘He’s aging very fast’: ‘Deeply confused’ Trump slammed for blaming Nikki Haley for Jan. 6.

Donald Trump on Friday was skewered online for apparently confusing Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi, resulting in the ex-president blaming the former for the events of Jan. 6.

Trump was delivering remarks in Concord, New Hampshire, on Friday, when he said that Haley was “offered 10,000 people” on Jan. 6, and implied that she was involved in the deleting of video evidence. These are common allegations that the former president has previously lobbed at Pelosi and the Jan. 6 subcommittee.

The video quickly went viral, causing people to make fun of Trump and even suggest he has mental health concerns.

“Do we need to do the dementia test again?” asked national security attorney Bradley P. Moss. MSNBC personality Mehdi Hasan had a similar take, asking, “Does he need to take the ‘person woman man camera TV’ test again?”

Hasan had been responding to a Biden-Harris HQ post in which the campaign says a “deeply confused Trump confuses Nancy Pelosi and Nikki Haley multiple times.”
